The Paper Box does not accept returns on any printed items. If a mistake is made on our part, we will reprint at no charge. We will accept returns on blank stock within two weeks and an online store credit with an expiration date will be issued.

Forms of payment are Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. The Paper Box is committed to the privacy of your information. We have made the necessary precautions to protect our customers. All order data is transmitted via a SSL connection, insuring data integrity and your privacy. In addition, we will not sell or use your personal information (contact or credit card) online or off-line.
Shipping
We ship within 5 to 7 business days of receiving an order. Standard shipping is UPS ground. Rates will vary depending on the size of the order and shipping method selected. If you choose 2nd day or overnight shipping, allow the 5 to 7 day turn around time to precede the shipping.
